Could you then please test with all the debugging bits above installed? The
hypervisor crash should be gone with this, and the intended (but apparently not
used) code path in the kernel also won't crash anymore (not that it did before,
but it could have). Unfortunately I can't predict how much (or little) output
the extra printk()-s added to the kernel will cause, so likely it would be
better to run with netconsole (or with both), provided it doesn't clutter the
output too much.
