Installed SCIM (and related packages) and able to type CJK characters into
KWrite.
1. Open Firefox and unable to call out scim. Switch to Kwrite and scim
immediately comes out. Able to type english but unable to type CJK.
2. Open LibreOffice and unable to type anything into LibreOffice (both english
and CJK).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install SCIM and related packages
2. Login and relogin.
3. Open Kwrite - able to type english and CJK characters
4. Open Firefox - able to type englis but unable to type CJK characters
5. Open LibreOffice - unabel to type anything into LibreOffice.
Actual Results:
1. Open Firefox and unable to call out scim. Switch to Kwrite and scim
immediately comes out. Able to type english but unable to type CJK.
2. Open LibreOffice and unable to type anything into LibreOffice (both english
and CJK).
Expected Results:
Able to type english and CJK characters in both Firefox and LibreOffice.
