We can't change anything in the default installation now: it's too late. We
also can't change the gconf key from the package of the plugin; the only place
where we can change it is in gconf2-branding-openSUSE... And it won't work for
users who have changed their list of plugins.

So, for 11.4+1, we can file a bug to not install this plugin by default (easy).

For 11.4, I'm really not sure what's best to do here. We can either update to
new code that won't have the issue, or simply "kill the code" by disabling it
forcefully...
