The %post and %postun scripts in factory looks fine. They do not call
SuSEconfig at all.
I guess that your message was printed by %postun (post-un-install) script of
the old libreoffice-3.3.0.3 package. Unfortunately, I cannot do anything about
it. I could only add a warning but I think that it is not worth doing.
I close this bug as fixed. Feel free to reopen it if you see the error with
update from LO-3.3.0.4 or newer.
