The crypted volumegroup can't be deactivated, because it's busy. The underlying
partition can't be deactivated, too.
The problem can bee easily reproduced in a VM.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a system with crypted LVM system group - as can be done during
install by choosing a crypted LVM based partitioning - no further changes are
needed.
2. Reboot the system after the installation.
