I have self-written programs that run as root and use (and need)
sched_setscheduler, but on opensuse 11.4 they fail with sched_setscheduler:
Operation not permitted.
Previously there were messages in /var/log/audit/audit.log, but here I do not
see any error message there or in dmesg.
How can I enable that capability ?
