I have the same or a similar issue with a Fujitsu A530 notebook. Cursor motion
is sticky / laggy when using the touchpad, comparable to very old ball mice
with dirty rolls. The touchpad worked very good with 11.3, now I upgraded to
11.4.
I do not have desktop effects enabled / it does not change the symptoms.
