The bluetooth icon shows a white "x" on red background, right clicking and
selecting preferences brings up a dialog box stating "Bluetooth is disabled"
and offering a _huge_ button in the center reading "Turn On Bluetooth",
pressing it makes it inactive, otherwise nothing happens.
