The default installation installs groff but not groff.doc; meintro.ps is a
broken link in groff.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. { file /usr/share/doc/packages/groff/meintro.ps; }

Actual Results:  
  1. meintro.ps: broken symbolic link to examples/meintro.ps

Expected Results:  
  1. One of:
* /usr/share/doc/packages/groff/meintro.ps not found
* or a symbolic link to a text file telling the operator to install groff-doc
