1) I added the repository *
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/openSUSE:/Factory:/Contrib/openSUSE_11.3

2) I go to add/remove programs
3) When i select the checkbox shutter 0.87.1-2.1 a dialog box appears:

There is nothing that provides librsvg-2-2 and is needed by
shutter-0.87.1-2.1.noarch
(radiobutton) do not install
(radiobutton) break dependencies
