The parasitic nepomuk server starts even when it is explicitly disabled in the
KDE4 configuration file.

$ cat ~/.kde4/share/config/nepomukserverrc 
[Basic Settings]
Start Nepomuk=false

[Service-nepomukstrigiservice]
autostart=false

[main Settings]
Maximum memory=20



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start KDE session
2. Notice nepomuk is running
3. Check the nepomukserver is disabled in the config file
Actual Results:  
nepomukserver starts even though it is explicitly disabled in the user's config
file.

Expected Results:  
nepomukserver should not start. 

This seems to be a defect on other platforms as well. Looks like an upstream
issue.

I worked around this issue by removing the file nepomukserver.desktop from the
/usr/share/autostart directory. Not really ideal, but effective. I wanted to
uninstall the nepomuk filesets, but it was rolled into the kdebase-runtime.

If it's in the base package, then it needs to be easy to disable this
bloatware. The KDE subsystem should respect the user's configuration files.
