Gtk-programms which use oxyhen-gtk theme has a white rectangle under title.
It's also happens after installing nvidia proprietary driver. With Nouveau all
OK.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I've installed nvidia 260.19 proprietary driver
2.Then I rebooted
3.After that, I run for example Gimp or Bleachbit and saw this picture.



I haven't seen this bug in Firefox 4 b12 and Libreoffice.
