Sound information from the alsa-info.sh script

The sound on my system works fine, but when I plug in my headphones, the
speakers fail to mute, meaning sound is coming out of both the speakers and the
headphones.

I attempted to upgrade ALSA to the version in factory, and installed the
alsa-driver-kmp-desktop package for my kernel version (2.6.34.7-0.7-desktop),
but none of these have solved the problem.

Attached is my sound information from alsa-info.sh.
