While trying to install the x86_64 version of openSUSE 11.4 GM (Build0024) on a
Dell Latitude E6400 (with BIOS version A15), the following Linuxrc failure was
encountered very early on in the boot process (before seeing the installation
screen):

On virtual terminal 3, the following messages are seen:

This was a DVD based, fresh installation. Since the errors are occurring after
detecting the mouse, I removed an external USB mouse and restarted the
installation. I encountered the same failure as above. This hardware has been
working fine under openSUSE11.3.

After hitting 'Enter', the manual installation is kicked off. At that point,
selecting the default options started the installation again, which did work
properly.
