I now have the *real* Oops. Lesson learned: don't rely on netconsole with Xen. As for the IOMMU message, the CPU doesn't have VT-D support. And temperature... Well, it's hard to keep cool in a 2U case I guess. I have 9 other boxes with the exact same components running Xen on 11.3 without issue, but they're not using the GPU, and only have SSDs installed...
