moving mouse makes Xorg and kwin use a lot of cpu - up to 80% for xorg and upto
50% for kwin, this makes moving mouse eat almost all my cpu power.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open console with top
2. Move mouse
3. Watch the process usage in top

Actual Results:  
Xorg and kwin take a lot of CPU

Expected Results:  
GUI should not eat whoel CPU power

I use nvidia driver 270, tried also with 260
