Summary: Gnome menu closing taskbar after login for the short
time
Classification: openSUSE
Product: openSUSE 11.4
Version: RC 2
Platform: i686
OS/Version: SuSE Other
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: P5 - None
Component: GNOME
AssignedTo: bnc-team-gnome@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReportedBy: j.strashnov@xxxxxxxxxx
QAContact: qa@xxxxxxx
Found By: ---
Blocker: ---

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:2.0b11) Gecko/20110203
Firefox/4.0b11

When tried to open GNOME menu for the first time after login to the account it
is located in the lower left corner closing taskbar; being open for a while (2
- 5 sec.) it gets to the right place. While it is placed in the corner buttons
in menu do not work properly: points below the one step are activated; so if i
tried to run Firefox, i've got LibreOffice writer launched and so on.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Logout, then Login
2. Open GNOME Menu
3. Try to open any program from the favorites
Actual Results:
Menu is misplaced for a while, so i can't choose & run any program until it's
get to the right place.

Expected Results:
Gnome menu should be opened correctly without any temporary delay
