New package has been submitted with a fix from upstream to X11:Compiz.

Can you please install the packages from there (once published.. probably in
about 30 minutes or so).

You can verify if the patch is in with
rpm -q --changelog compiz-kde4

You should see those entries:

* Sun Feb 20 2011 dimstar@xxxxxxxxxxxx
- Add compiz-kde-w-d.patch: bnc#671672: Maximizing Windows doesn't
  work any more with latest compiz packages.
