Summary: Plasma widget "Folder view" doesn't retain location
setting or (sometimes) content settings across
sessions.

I have two "folder view" widgets open on my desktop, one aligned screen left,
set to show my home directory, one aligned screen right, set to show a
subdirectory containing shortcuts to various apps.
On rebooting, the location settings of these widgets is lost. Instead of the
previously set locations they both appear in the same place; screen left
(overlapping). Also the one set to show the user-set subdirectory has changed
to now show my home folder, like the other one.
It appears that both are returning to their default settings in respect to
location and content (though not size).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Reboot
2.
3.
