Xorg.0.log #3
I added valid HorizSync and VertRefresh to 50-monitor.conf to produce
uncorrupted 1400x1050@96DPI.
Next I added a proper DisplaySize to 50-monitor.conf to produce an accurate
1400x1050@116DPI.
Apparently this is yet another LCD with bad EDID. When I plugged an external
LCD into it to boot 11.3 while waiting for access to
xorg-x11-driver-video-7.6-176.1.i586.rpm I got an accurate (for the external
LCD) 1400x1050@86DPI produced on the 116.5 DPI internal LCD, so at least the
video chip knows how to read valid EDID.
