The 32bit Package "libqt4-x11-32bit" is missing on the OS11.4 RC1 64bit
installation iso.

I was trying to install 32bit Skype which requires "libQtGui.so.4" in its 32bit
version. A "zypper wp libQtGui.so.4" returned no results, because to above
32bit package is missing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. zypper wp libQtGui.so.4
2. zypper in libqt4-x11-32bit
