If it is not possible to fix this bug in time for GM, perhaps the workaround
should be implemented by default.

So rather than letting root applications be themed with Plastique, Oxygen
should be pre-selected - Include a note in the release notes for those who
change away from Oxygen - But at least a new KDE install will have a unified
theme as it has in the past.
