I'm also having issues. I tried to remove most of my Perl packages and let
zypper resolve all the dependencies. It failed to find perl-Set-IntSpan which
is found on the OpenSuse package search. I installed it anyway but seem to have
the problem with UnicodeData.txt:

I picked up perl-PDF-API2-0.73-3.1.x86_64 through the dependencies.
