I retest with thermal.tzp=300. After some time under load, computer crashed.
It sensors displayed 0 as temperature.
However after reboot, sensors showed 70 and ventilators were running. 70 remain
on sensors forever (till reboot).
So maybe sensors are not updated, so kernel do not know when to switch
wentilators on?
As I stated in initial comment, with 10.3 ventilators work without any
problems.
