In KDE 4.6 (opensuse factory packages) the "performance" power management
profile is set to suspend after 99 minutes. I don't think this is a good idea,
and breaks with how "performance" used to work.

I don't think the "performance" profile should suspend at all automatically.
This profile is used when the most power is wanted, and can lead to very
unexpected results.

We should change this before 11.4 is released
