Dear All, Christian is correct in saying that I am using "other repositories".
I fell in love with OpenSUSE and as a non-programmer thought I can contribute
by testing. Sharing and debating OpenSUSE with my colleagues and friends can be
"heated" and I like saying OpenSUSE can run the latest with great community
support. The reality is that the latest is released and I can get it from the
well  advertised "build service". Pity they are not in "factory".

Just as I discovered that we actualy require phpPgAdmin version better than 4.2
in built services) - See  http://phppgadmin.sourceforge.net/?page=download
