The status has not changed basically. We added some workarounds to kill crashed
instance so that they don't hurt us that much anymore.

Lars worked today on getting a connection to a build host to let guys login, it
is not yet working unfortunatly.  My plan is to run this instance in test mode,
so that it stops building and keeps an instance when a certain pattern has
matched. I hope this will make debugging easier.
