  Sometimes when I boot Xorg chooses the wrong xorg.conf: xorg.conf.install
instead of /etc/X11/xorg.conf. Then I have a unsable low resoluting graphics
mode (640x480 or so) and the monitors only work in clone mode.
  Could this have anything to do with the init.d - scripts or is this the
choice of Xorg itself?
