Attached my config per your request.
And this is my config data in api/config/environments/production.rb
LDAP_GROUP_SUPPORT=:on
LDAP_GROUP_SEARCH_BASE="ou=group,dc=meego,dc=com"
LDAP_GROUP_TITLE_ATTR="cn"
LDAP_GROUP_OBJECTCLASS_ATTR="posixGroup"

If it still doesn't work on your side, could you attach your
api/log/production.log?
