https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=658792 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=658792#c0 Summary: man believes that perl-DBD-mysql has an alternate man-page for install Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.3 Version: Final Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Other AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: jw@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de CC: werner@novell.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- perl-DBD-mysql comes with a module called DBD::mysql::INSTALL and ships the corresponding man-page as /usr/share/man/man3/DBD::mysql::INSTALL.3pm.gz man -s install picks this one up. Should we package that differently? I am surprised, as that never happened with other perl modules. E.g. perl-JSON-RPC installs /usr/share/man/man3/JSON::RPC::Client.3pm.gz but it is (as expected) only found by the full name as man JSON::RPC::Client -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
