* New info: I think there are actually two dosfstools bugs here. The first is
the crash in dosfslabel if the label and the filesystem itself are empty. The
second is that mkdosfs creates filesystems with an empty label by default.
Several documents about FAT suggest that the label should be "NO NAME " ("NO
NAME" plus 4 blanks) instead of being empty.
