Comment did not helped, system is started with readonly /proc again. After
mkinitrd it's mounted as read-write. Run systemd with --log-level=debug did not
help, there are no references to /proc in kmsg.

Is there any way how to run a minimal system with systemd?
--unit=runlevel1.target or rescue.target started complete system.
