Found in Smeegol but occurs also in KDE: you can't use the mail and the
calendar at the same time in two windows.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Evolution express Mail
2. Launch Evolution express Calendar
Actual Results:  
In Smeegol : the mail components opens but when calendar launches, both windows
end with Calendar.

In KDE : the mail components opens but the calendar never.

Expected Results:  
Both should be opened in two different windows.
