Sorry, but bugzilla is not a support forum. I have no idea about windows 7, but
I can imagine that your laptop's hardware vendor added some very special hack
for windows - and we can't support all of that. Unless of course you can
provide way more informations about the problem.

I suggest you look around in openSUSE forums about other people having this
problem, perhaps together you come up with a more detailed problem and we're
able to fix something. But with the informations given, there is no way I can
look into this.
