You should try some of milestone installation which contains unfonts. I suggest
you to wait until*) 11.4-Milestone4 is present at

http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/

soon and try its installation. Please use some virtualization tool rather than
installing it on real machine -- it is devel version of next openSUSE.
