No more available for 11.3 at all. Now I have to install the old 11.1 and
11.2 packages into 11.3. What a mess!!
I do not see any reason why we should not keep these packages unchanged in
11.3 repos. The documentation is still fully valid. That way we prevent new
users from finding valuable and necessary documentational material.
