I added some more information about this bug at

Anyhow, here it is again:
I go to http://build.opensuse.org/, then log in.
Now I see a welcome screen at https://build.opensuse.org/ that explains some
basic matters (Please note..., Make sure you have read..., etc.) with a button
"Let me build my packages!".
I suppose I have to click this button before I can start doing anything, since
none of the links below it work.
Pressing this button renders a screen at
"https://build.opensuse.org/user/register"; with the text:
  OBS Web Interface Error:
  Error Details:
  Errorcode: invalid_http_method
  Message: Invalid HTTP Method: PUT

My system is OpenSuse 11.3 with Firefox 3.6.6.
