Oooook Mr Slaby! I was able to run Yast in tty0 and tring to setup the wireless from there (it was very easy actually, just typing yast in the command line :D ), but the result is always the same: system hangs, no keybord led blinking, even ctrl + alt + del doesn't work, only the computer start button. kdump can't log anything. The problem occurs when from Yast -> Network Devices I try to run for Network Settings, the system crash during the process "Detecting Network Devices". Well, I'm ready for the next step! What I got to do?
Yes, it's as easy as that. So before you run yast, run: # klogconsole -l 8 -r 0 # sysctl kernel.sysrq=1 Then, when it hangs, if nothing appears, try to press sysrq+p or sysrq+b (sysrq is alt+print-screen). -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
