OK, I investigate logs and don't see any direct reason why it should not boot.
So few questions to ensure that proposal is correct:

* is ata-WDC_WD2000JS-60NCB1_WD-WCANL1774930 set in BIOS as your first disc in
boot order? (it looks like some western digital disc)
* is disc which contains linux partitions (like swap) second?
* what happen if you switch boot order in bios?
