Nothing appear in the "other devices" panel when you plug a device. Works with
KDE and devices appear in  Nautilus.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Plug an external device

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
A notification should come and you should see them in the device panel.

Having a KDE install, I had to install separately Nautilus and gnome-terminal
that weren't in the pattern. Maybe there is another one (a daemon) to
install...
