After changing Acceleration speed and clicking OK, setting returns to default
20.  When check box is clicked for swapping mouse buttons, window will not
close when X is clicked.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select LXDE Control Center
2.Select Mouse and Keyboard
3.Move slide bar > 20
Click OK
Select Mouse Control Center again
Setting is 20
Actual Results:  
No change in mouse cursor speed.

Expected Results:  
Mouse cursor speed should be faster.
