created a JeOS Image and selcted "zypper". After deploying the image I tried to
use "zypper", without succuess cause of missing "curl".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a JeOS image
2.add zypper
3.deploy Image and try to use zypper
Actual Results:  
when zypper is selected for installation, then curl should be Required by
zypper.

Expected Results:  
zypper should work
