konqueror does not open any of the links
http://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Maintenance/List but asks to download them (or
open with another application) (Tested with KDE 4.4 and 4.5)

The reason seems to be that OBS is e.g. reporting the mimetype "3.html" for
https://build.opensuse.org/maintenance/new_11.3

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to open with konqueror e.g.
https://build.opensuse.org/maintenance/new_11.3

Actual Results:  
You get the download or open with dialog.

Expected Results:  
konqueror opens the page
