Try to print any .pdf file in acroread or okular prints out stuff that is not
readable, all prints are illegible , not even text characters in pdf come out
The 'CUPS Printer test page' prints out fine.
This is with a user account.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to print any .pdf file in acroread or okular prints out stuff that is
not readable, all prints are illegible , not even text characters in pdf come
out
2.The 'CUPS Printer test page' prints out fine.
3.Printing page that is NOT a .pdf prints out fine.
4.This is with a user account

Expected Results:  
Printing pdf should work.
