the minimize 'plugin' is always enabled. There is generally no effect bound to
it by the plugin.
Disabling the plugin would mean you can no longer minimize the window,
something which you would expect to be able with any kind of window manager.
The reason for this 're-enabling' itself is that minimize is one of the plugins
being 'forced' from compiz-manager.
I'm not sure if offering the 'basic' features of a window manager should be
considered a bug.
Can you elaborate why you would want to disable this feature? I can certainly
move it from mandatory plugin to 'suggested' if no configuration is found. I
just want to make sure that the usecase is actually there. After all, this will
most likely end up in other support tickets stating that the user disabled it,
believing it would be an animation effect on minimize.
