I do not see a discussion here why and how an image to a gpg for an OBS project
should be added.

We have meanwhile a number of interfaces to manage gpg keys in OBS, but no
picture upload functionality.

In case you need this, please create a fate request with a use case for this
and keep in mind that gpg keys for OBS projects are always created by the OBS
server for security reasons.
