That looks like a newish Intel graphics integrated chipset that I'm guessing
the intel Xorg driver doesn't support 3D in.  OpenGL is working in software
fallback mode.  You might get *slow* effects using the XRender mode instead of
OpenGL, accessible using the Advanced tab of the Desktop Effects dialog.

XOrg people - should 11.3 support Arrandale 3D acceleration?
