When uninstalling the current nVidia drivers, NO_KMS_IN_INITRD is _not_ set to
"NO" and no new initrd is generated.
This should be done for KMS to be used without nVidia driver.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. uninstall nvidia driver
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
NO_KMS_IN_INITRD is not set to "NO" and no new initrd is generated

Expected Results:  
NO_KMS_IN_INITRD should be set to "YES" and new initrd be written
