[Bug 603800] Changing to light color backgrounds causes taskbar to go black and clock still uses black font making it unreadable.

I can confirm this problem.
But I think it has nothing to do with the background color.
If I resize the taskbar a little bit smaller as the screen width
taskbar turn back to light grey color.
Hope this help to find the real reason.
