[Bug 626949] udevd generates lots of messages at boot

I could swear I fixed the SYSFS{} issues months ago... Need to investigate why
the change was reverted.
And about /etc/udev/rules.d/ — the rules for gpsd should be configurable, as we
do not know all of the usb2serial devices built into GPS receivers out there.
(Luckily, vendors move away from the generic PL2303 converter.)
Where was that directory change announced, anyway? I didn't see anything on
opensuse-packaging or any of the other mailing lists I subscribe to.
